AUREK is a privately operated fan community. Access is permission that may be withdrawn, and connecting to the server creates technical and gameplay logs including Steam identifiers and IP data.

These policies do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded. They should be kept consistent with the systems AUREK actually runs.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AUREK can refuse, limit or end access at any time, with or without warning, for any lawful reason or without stating a reason.
